TRAINING SERVICES
OSHA has enacted regulations enforcing Workplace Health and Safety Training Requirements and criteria for employees and employers. The minimum training requirements have predetermined curriculum, which must be included in the training activities on a scheduled basis.
A sound training program will provide our client’s employees with the combination of knowledge and competence needed to complete their work activities with greater productivity and lower risk for work-related injuries.
With A.C.T.’s training manuals, visual aids, general handout materials and hands-on training, our clients can be assured their employees receive up-to-date training that specifically involves the duties at hand.
A.C.T.’s training programs are designed to comply with relevant regulatory requirements, manufacturer safety procedures, and material safety data sheet directions. Due to the large variance of facilities throughout the United States, A.C.T. must custom design the training curriculum to meet each client’s specific needs.
As a part of each client’s training program, our staff can perform a training needs analysis to determine the full extent of training required that will increase or upgrade the skills of employees in regard to a safe and healthy workplace.
