  • Phase I – Thorough site evaluation for issues which may influence the property value or future liability of prospective investors
  • Phase II – Additional research after possible or actual contamination has been identified.  In some cases it is necessary to conduct site exploration, sampling, monitoring and laboratory analysis
  • Phase III – Specification design and monitoring during the remediation process.  At the completion of each project, ACT provides a closure report to certify that all work meets regulatory requirements
